Sorrento Cooking Class with Authentic Chef Experience – The Cappiello Sisters

Enjoy the authentic chef experience cooking class with Rita and Luisa who are two sisters, experts in the culinary traditions of their territory preserving and sharing their knowledge of local traditions, recipes and hospitality, opening the doors of their home to all who wish to experience them. All classes are hands-on and feature local seasonal ingredients, some from Rita’s Garden, most of them from the Sorrento Peninsula. The class starts with a visit to the vegetable garden and collection of products (depending on seasonality). You will be offered a welcome drink and canapes. Every customer personally prepares the dishes with the supervision of our Chef. Your full course meal includes a half a bottle of local red or white wine, mineral water, dessert, coffee and Limoncello.

Your 3.5-hour cooking class includes:

- The cooking lessons take place twice per day and include a welcome drink of freshly squeezed orange juice or Prosecco, accompanied with local cheese and cured meats.
- All classes take place in a very special place, a highly symbolic and important place in our traditions, where people of all generations used to meet and share experiences: our tavern with its stone walls, fireplace, and large wooden tables.
- At the end of the lesson, you will taste all three recipes you personally prepared, a pasta dish, a main course and a dessert, accompanied by a good regional wine.
