You will begin your day with a relaxing stroll in the lovely village of Castellina in Chianti, to enjoy the shops and cafes. – see images above In the late morning we will enjoy a fun and delicious morning cooking fresh pasta at a beautiful olive oil farm and Chianti Classico winery in Chianti, where you will learn all the tips and secrets of how to make the best fresh pasta with simple and fresh ingredients.
The hands-on cooking class will end with a real culinary feast, tasting the fresh pasta recipes, you just made paired with the excellent wines produced at the farm. The meal will be completed by a delicious homemade dessert.

After lunch, you will visit a second family-owned cellar and wine/ olive oil farm in Chianti, enjoying a guided tour of the property followed by a delightful wine tasting.
Your driver/guide will take you back to Florence in the late afternoon.
