This castle is a historic winery and wedding venue in Florence, Italy. This stunning farmland and manor offer the serenity of the Italian countryside with the luxuries of a fine mansion. The castle was first constructed in 1184 and still maintains its historical charm and reverence today. It is now the private residence of the Baj Macario family, and has been managed by them since 1968. The estate comprises about 60 acres of grapes, 10,000 olive trees and native forest, a total of 350 acres.

You will experience a guided tour through some of the castle rooms, the ancient castle wine and balsamic vinegar cellars with tasting of 3 wines during lunch with water, coffee or soft drinks and in the kitchen, your chef will be waiting for you and you will try your hand at making handmade pastas.

Your 4-hour tour and cooking class includes;
- You will enjoy a hands-on Pasta Lovers Cooking
- A tasting of three wines with a guided tour inside the evocative cellar reveals the history and that of their wines, before you move into the kitchen for a hands-on experience with pasta dough!
- The experience ends at the table enjoying the dishes prepared during the course
- This is a popular tour and sells out quickly – reservations need to be at least 3 weeks in advance of visit
- Round trip transportation to and from your Florence accommodations provided
